I am enjoying the beautiful large windows as well. The stonework on the foundation is incredible and adds to the exterior design. But more so it is the unseen quality of the construction that you provide. With your standards sheet heads above the rest and so many extras included in you base price. Having considered two other building companies before selecting Spartan Homes I know I made a wise decision. I would recommend your company to anyone looking for quality custom construction. We have had possession of our house for over 6 months now and we are thrilled. My wife and I have worked with other builders in the past, but none of them had the “Can do” attitude. Both Ed and Eric were wonderful to work with flexible and open to the customer ideas and desires to make changes.
Never were they ridged and NO was never in their vocabulary. In addition, they had wonderful architectural ideas and useful point of view, many of which we included in our home.
